Abstract: Increasingly scarce land resources and urban outward limite promote the development of Taiwans land readjustment. From the perspective of subjective, process, influencing factors and features, this paper analyzes the land readjustment in Taiwan,research shows the subjective includes three parts: the government, land owners and land developers; working process includes prior assessment, implementation and subsequent processing stages; influence factors have financial, technical, legal and other parts.
